Cancellation by MOTO AVENUE

MOTO AVENUE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, service issues, or verification concerns. If payment has already been made, the amount will be reversed back to your account. Promo codes once used will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Cancellation by User

Cancellation requests are accepted only before the order is processed. Once the warehouse processes the order, cancellation will not be possible. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within a reasonable period.

Bulk Order Cancellation

MOTO AVENUE reserves the right to cancel orders classified as bulk orders.

  • Products ordered for commercial resale
  • Multiple orders for same address
  • Bulk quantity orders
  • Invalid address details
  • Malpractice while placing order
Cancellation Procedure

Orders should be cancelled immediately after placing them. Once the warehouse processes the order, cancellation is not possible.

Sale products cannot be cancelled. For faulty or damaged products, contact customer support immediately for assistance.
